Programming
Programming covers the coding of the various products planned in the brief (mobile app, web, software, SaaS, CRM / CMS, back-office) on both the frontend and the backend, along with various technical optimizations (load performance, security rules, etc.).
Technical acceptance (MOE)
MOE acceptance covers technical testing (architecture, integration tests, component / data tests, etc.) as well as functional testing (feature conformity, end-to-end scenarios, interface tests and stress tests, 100 to 200 test cases depending on the project, etc.). Any anomalies detected are fixed.
Client acceptance (MOA)
MOA acceptance covers functional testing carried out by you and your testers to verify the conformity of the delivered product(s) and apply any necessary fixes or adjustments.

Iterative development
2-week sprints with interim demos at every cycle (usually 2 weeks). You stay in control of priorities throughout the project.

Training & support
Training and support cover a complete walkthrough of your admin console (back-office), such as data consultation, user identification and search, updating user information, etc. We also provide a PDF document and support for any questions.
Deployment & verification
Once your solution reaches the maturity of the targeted version, we proceed with its deployment to your production environment. We then carry out an initial verification and apply a 6-month corrective maintenance period included (free of charge).
Security & maintenance
Security and maintenance cover the protection and supervision of your solution through compliance, technology watch, the setup of alerting and notification systems (24/7 cloud monitoring), and finally corrective, preventive and evolutive maintenance (time-and-materials or fixed-fee).
